At the beginning of the year the Catholic Art Institute was hosting a short film festival, I knew I had to apply!
I had something “cooking”, and I knew I had to double down on finishing it before approaching the deadline, my friend and great artist, Sarah Crow was a great help. I knew I could create something meaningful and introduce people to Sacred Art.

Description
“The Beauty of Sacred Art” short film won the “Runner Up” award! I was and still am so excited about that, it is an amazing feeling when you win an award among over 60 submissions to this film festival.
Sarah and Jared were to characters driving the story, I knew I could trust them with their knowledge and experience.
Jared Seff is a professor at Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah Georgia, it was great to visit him and his family to interview with him.
Sarah Crow lives in Chicago and currently is an artist in residence in St. Gregory The Great Hall.
I am grateful for those friendships and how they taught me to appreciate Sacred Art!
