Joy!
That’s what I encountered yesterday in the heart of Manhattan, at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

Three Sisters of Life had fallen in love with the perfect Spouse —
Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Joy and happiness poured out of them, their community, and the hundreds who attended the 10 AM Mass. The entire cathedral was filled with grace.

The profession of final vows is a wedding feast.
Each sister received a wedding ring and became a spouse of Christ — fully submitting to Him with trust, love, and the desire to serve until the end.

Isn’t that a powerful witness in today’s world?

Marriage and religious life are the two primary vocations we are all called to discern.
That’s how we were created.

So slow down.
Turn off the media.
Silence the noise.
And ask yourself:
What is your calling?

…I can hear mine.
