Top 1 on my list, Lisa (owner) did an amazing job in turning Café Crèmerie into a home-like coffee shop that will make you feel great. She is importing products (wine, and more) from France and Italy, and you must try the gelato!

That place has unique vibes that make you feel like living in colonial times, the entire shop is filled out with antiques and hundreds of old books (which they can buy from you). Little advice, make sure you check the second floor!

Close to Highland Park, the little town of Highwood definitely stands off in the coffee industry in Chicago, thanks to Tala Coffee Roasters. You can meet local cyclists here during the summer time and a lot of locals enjoying a great coffee and some of the bests muffins I had in Chicago!

Definitly not a typical coffee shop, Kasama is a Chicago (and world) famous bakery and Filipino restaurant, which hold one Michelin star. Besides the dinner experience, they offer breakfast and coffee (which is hard to get, one-hour waiting!), an amazing place to try out when you are in Chicago.

What an amazing place located in 900 North Michigan Shops at the first hall, you can also find additional seats on the second floor (find the chess board tables too!).

Cappucino was outstanding and I really enjoy the time with my Andrea, good music and ambiance make your time pleasant in this place! Next time I want to visit Aster Hall on the 5th and 6th floor.
